نَارٌ حَامِيَةٌ
It is the Blazing Fire.
Even though the meaning of the verse is “burning fire”, it is given the meaning “Blazing Fire”, because “Haaviya” is a punishing center like that of a gas chamber. See explanation 15:44; 76:4 and 90:19-20.
